S.H.E.P. INC. (Shepherding Hearts. Empowering People.) is an inclusive, community-centered nonprofit organization rooted in Christian faith and committed to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and developing leaders through education, outreach, creativity, and service.
Our faith in God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit is the foundation that inspires our commitment to love, serve, encourage, and uplift others. Our programs and services welcome people of all backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and life experiences.
S.H.E.P. INC. exists to shepherd hearts through compassion, guidance, education, and service while empowering people with opportunities for growth, learning, leadership, creativity, and community engagement.
Leadership & Governance
S.H.E.P. INC. is governed by a developing Board of Directors committed to responsible stewardship, community service, and the advancement of the organization's mission. During this formative stage, the founding board members are helping guide organizational development, governance, programming, and community partnerships as SHEP continues to build a diverse and sustainable governing board.
